2. Must maintain 25% of purchases
3. Sales tax will apply where applicable
4. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the
auctioneer or owner's make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the genuineness, authenticity or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything is sold "as is" and “where is".
5. All purchases must be paid in full at conclusion of today's sale
6. Method of payment, Cash or Certified Check Only
7. 10% Buyer Premium
8. Other terms will be announced at start of sale
